Sr Project Manager, Referral Product and Clinical Programs supports departmental leadership by driving operational management, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution across a complex matrixed environment. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end processes, coordinating multiple functions and stakeholder groups, monitoring operational and program performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities, and developing reports and recommendations that support business strategy, execution, and decision-making. The position serves as a key liaison across clinical, product, operational, and support teams to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively, performance is measured accurately, and departmental priorities are advanced.

- Leads and manages complex Referral Product and Clinical Programs initiatives, operational programs, and cross-functional workstreams to achieve strategic and business objectives
- Owns end-to-end operational processes and partners across departments to develop implementation plans, priorities, workflows, and execution strategies
- Monitors program, project, and operational performance through dashboards, reports, scorecards, and service level measures to evaluate effectiveness and drive action
- Analyzes business, clinical, and operational issues, identifies risks, and develops recommendations or corrective actions to improve outcomes, efficiency, and execution
- Builds and maintains solid partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, clinical teams, operational teams, business partners, and vendors, to support successful program delivery
- Facilitates regular meetings, status reviews, and deep-dive discussions to communicate progress, resolve issues, and align stakeholders on priorities and next steps
- Develops and presents operational updates, analyses, and recommendations to Referral Product and Clinical Programs leadership and other stakeholders to support planning and decision-making
- Supports development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and workflows to promote consistency, compliance, and operational readiness
- Identifies and drives opportunities for continuous improvement, operational quality, process efficiency, and sustainable performance results
- Provides subject matter expertise, program leadership, and operational guidance across a large, complex matrixed organization
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Mentor/Coaching of Assigned Team Members
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to assigned team members and serves as a resource for staff and partners with less experience
- Supports performance management by aligning team member responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines with departmental goals and operational priorities
- Communicates progress, risks, and development needs of assigned team members to leadership and helps foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, project/program management, decision support, analytics, or healthcare operations
- Demonstrated experience managing complex initiatives, operational processes, or cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization
- Proven solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess performance, identify risks, and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively and consult with all levels of leadership, including executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio, along with experience using project or workflow management tools
- Ability to work across multiple business units, manage competing priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or similar project/program management certification
- Experience in healthcare operations, enterprise reporting, business operations, or strategic initiatives within a complex healthcare environment
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance management, process improvement, and cross-functional operational strategy
