JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving operational readiness and excellence in new unit grand openings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination and execution of new unit growth aimed at optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall brand performance. This role will be responsible for the operational readiness from property turnover through grand opening to include planning, readiness execution, and stakeholder communication to drive successful new unit grand openings in a repeatable and predictable manner 

 

  How you will Own It: 

  • Plans, monitors and manages operational readiness activities from property turnover through grand opening.  

  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and indirect people management.  

  • High degree of understanding end-to-end processes in opening new units from concept through delivery operationally viable properties to support grand openings. 

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.  

  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions   

  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.  

  • Full use and application of standard project management principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.  

  • Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and issue resolution 

  • Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures, and practices to determine appropriate action 

  • Develop, document, and execute repeatable new unit operational playbook 

  • Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.  

 

 

What you’ll Bring: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project management experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and effectively manage projects, budgets, and timelines. 

  • Ability to work independently and within a group environment. 

  • Excellent and professional communication skills with keen ability to manage indirect resources at a multitude of levels.  

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a variety of complex issues and demands. 

  • Preferred: Master’s / Graduate Degree / PMP Certification

Compensation Range:

$80,300.00 - $143,400.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
