What You’ll Do

This role will deliver ideation and prototyping, establishing requirements/specifications and verification of inputs and outputs.
- Serve as technical team member or lead projects based on value improvement, line extensions, and compliance on commercialized products
- Respond to technical field inquiries and perform root-cause investigations on product failures.
- Establish and/or tune detailed requirements including product specifications and appropriate test methods through activities such as competitive testing, literature review and KOL engagement. And refine designs in response to market and customer feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support development and commercialization of the product platform and facilitate user training and create supporting materials required.
- Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with OEM component suppliers, manufacturing partners and/or testing vendors as the project requires.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the medical device or related regulated industry; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in endovascular or neurovascular techniques and devices preferred.
- Developing knowledge of product design from concept to regulatory marketing approval.
- Statistical analysis Software (Minitab or similar) and CAD (Solidworks, ProE, similar).
- Ability to complete projects individually as well as part of a team, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
