You’re the kind of person who helps others succeed.
You’re sharp, resourceful, and calm under pressure. You’re the one people count on when technology misbehaves. You love solving problems, restoring order, and creating moments where others can breathe again because you’ve got it handled.
But lately, you might be craving a team that matches your standards, where doing great work and helping others thrive go hand in hand.
That’s where Endsight comes in.

Who We Are

Endsight is a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider built on one core belief:
When we help others thrive, we thrive too.
We partner with small and mid-sized organizations, including nonprofits, to ensure their technology performs flawlessly so they can focus on what they do best.
We’re a team that learns fast, leans in, and looks out for one another. Life here feels like being part of a great university. You’ll grow quickly, connect deeply, and do work that truly matters.

Purpose: What You’ll Do
You’ll own full-cycle, enterprise-level sales, from first meeting through negotiation and close, building real relationships with executives and turning complex opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll position Endsight as a strategic IT partner, not just another vendor.
Your days will include:
  • Leading full-cycle sales from First-Time Appointment (FTA) through proposal, negotiation, and close, using Endsight’s SPICCED sales methodology with consistency and precision
  • Building and owning a territory through self-sourced, COI-sourced, and marketing-qualified opportunities, maintaining 3x or greater quota coverage
  • Running consultative, insight-driven discovery conversations that uncover business pain, quantify impact, and connect Endsight’s solutions to strategic outcomes
  • Partnering with prospects to co-create ROI-based, “Why Now” business cases that demonstrate Endsight’s differentiated value
  • Mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 Account Executives through deal reviews, feedback, and role modeling
  • Representing Endsight at regional events, associations, and COI gatherings to expand the referral network

Who Thrives Here

You’ll fit right in if you:
  • Take pride in helping others succeed
  • Love mastering your tools and improving your craft
  • Communicate clearly and stay composed under pressure
  • Are energized by teamwork and mutual respect
  • Want to grow in a place where your success helps everyone win

Qualifications
Required:
  • 5+ years of B2B new-logo sales experience, with a documented track record of building a territory from scratch, not inheriting an existing book of business
  • Proven mastery of consultative, value-based selling frameworks such as SPICCED or CYOA
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through negotiation and close
  • Comfort and credibility engaging with C-suite and executive-level decision-makers
  • Proficiency with a modern sales stack such as HubSpot CRM, Connect and Sell, Fathom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred:
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other Account Executives on deal strategy and qualification
  • Background partnering with Marketing on ABM, association, or field event strategy
  • Ability to clearly articulate how you’d segment, prioritize, and sequence a new territory
Join a Team That’s All-In on Helping You Thrive
