The candidate will provide technical leadership and will link to the Global Analytical Sciences organization to leverage global technical scale and expertise, and ensure best practices are applied in coordinating the analytical support to our Categories. Will provide strong technical direction in the areas of liquid and gas chromatography within the Global Analytical team, solving production and research problems, and connecting the technologies of Analytical Sciences to the needs of the business; independently managing projects, collaborating with senior technical colleagues, supporting & influencing cross-functional, cross-category customers through delivery of technical programs within Global Analytical.
Education / Certifications:
BS/MS in Chemistry or related Sciences with a strong proven expertise in in LC and GC
Travel requirements:

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. - Previous experience with developing and implementing LC and GC methods
- Preferred experience with analytical data collection and analysis programs.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in usage and administration of Labware Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Demonstrated in-depth understanding in two or more of the following areas: Organic Chemistry, Food Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry.
- Skilled at applying theoretical and experimental knowledge to solve practical problems
- Ability to learn quickly, with a passion to apply multi-disciplinary background to Food Industry
