Arm is enabling the next generation of Physical AI through Arm Total Design, bringing together a broad ecosystem of silicon, software, sensing, tools, and system partners to accelerate the development of autonomous machines.
The Segment Marketing Lead will define and complete the go-to-market strategy for Arm Total Design for Physical AI, building awareness, engagement, and adoption across robotics, autonomous vehicles, manufacturing automation, aerial vehicles, and intelligent edge systems.
This role combines segment marketing, ecosystem development, partner marketing, and intellectual mentorship to establish Arm and Arm Total Design as the preferred platform for Physical AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Physical AI Segment Strategy
  • Define and drive the marketing strategy for Arm Total Design across key Physical AI segments, including robotics, autonomous systems, industrial automation, drones, and edge AI.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop customer-centric value propositions that accelerate adoption among OEMs, developers, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
  • Shape market positioning, customer journeys, and go-to-market initiatives to establish Arm Total Design as the platform of choice for Physical AI innovation.

Ecosystem Development & Expansion
  • Drive expansion of the Arm Total Design Physical AI ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and activating strategic partners across the technology stack.
  • Collaborate with business development and ecosystem teams to build partner engagement programs that foster innovation and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Develop compelling ecosystem value propositions that demonstrate the benefits of participation and accelerate customer adoption.

Partner & Alliance Marketing
  • Lead co-marketing programs with ecosystem partners.
  • Create joint campaigns, solution showcases, demonstrations, webinars, and customer success stories.
  • Develop ecosystem solution narratives highlighting how multiple partners work together to enable Physical AI deployments.
  • Support launch activities for ecosystem reference platforms and integrated solutions.

Ecosystem Storytelling
  • Develop compelling messaging and thought leadership that articulates the role of Arm-based computing platforms in enabling Physical AI and autonomous intelligent machines.
  • Position Arm Total Design as a leading Physical AI ecosystem by translating complex technical architectures into clear customer, partner, and business value

Community Building
  • Develop and lead ecosystem engagement programs, including partner councils, technical workshops, executive roundtables, industry consortium participation, and developer forums.
  • Nurture teamwork across ecosystem participants to accelerate innovation, strengthen partner relationships, and drive market adoption of Physical AI solutions.

Industry Leadership
  • Lead Arm Total Design's Physical AI presence at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase market visibility and showcase ecosystem innovation.
  • Partner with analysts, media, influencers, and industry organizations to strengthen Arm's thought leadership and position as a leader in Physical AI.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in semiconductors, robotics, automotive, industrial automation, AI, or embedded systems.
  • Experience building ecosystem or alliance marketing programs.
  • Understanding of autonomous systems architectures, robotics software stacks, AI compute platforms, or automotive compute systems.
  • Experience working across complex multi-partner ecosystems.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale new market categories.

Salary Range:
$321,700-$435,300 per year
