About the Role
Salesforce is looking for a talented and versatile designer to join our Equality and Engagement team. This role is for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create content that communicates impact and drives engagement. You will work on exciting customer-facing events – Dreamforce, Davos, etc. as well as Board Presentations, major internal events including Company Kickoff and Townhalls/All Team Calls, and other first and third party events.
You'll adapt from the master brand and create original design work, moving fluidly between ideation and production depending on what the project needs. You can zoom out to think strategically while staying hands-on with day-to-day execution.You possess a keen eye for both design and copy, with a strong digital background and exceptional conceptual skills. You will also play a key role in leveraging AI to accelerate content creation, scale storytelling, and enable others to self-serve high-quality materials.
You're a clear communicator, comfortable presenting work and fielding feedback directly from stakeholders and partners.
Primary Responsibilities
Presentation Design: Serve as design partner for Equality and Employee Engagement teams
Lead design and style guide for team presentations, executive briefings, leadership engagements, events, social media assets, and employee comms.
Design visually engaging presentations by collaborating with stakeholders across Salesforce.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives and target audience.
Conceptualize and create visually appealing slide layouts, graphics, and animations utilizing Salesforce’s Brand Guidelines.
Implement design principles, typography, and color theory to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and readability of presentations.
Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling slides that support strong storytelling
Ensure presentations meet Salesforce brand and design standards
Leverage AI tools to:
Accelerate slide creation and iteration
Generate first drafts of content and visuals
Improve efficiency in formatting, versioning, and updates
Content Quality & Consistency
Maintain a high bar for visual clarity, narrative flow, and presentation quality across Equality and Engagement materials.
Ensure storytelling frameworks and presentation templates are applied consistently.
Help evolve templates and frameworks to be more scalable and easier for others to use.
Contribute to building AI-assisted workflows that:
Enable teams to self-serve presentations and messaging
Maintain quality and consistency at scale
Interpret and visualize data effectively:
Translate complex data sets and statistics into clear and digestible visual representations.
Select appropriate chart types, graphs, and infographics to communicate key insights.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in data visualization while adhering to best practices.
Work with program leaders and subject matter experts to shape clear story arcs for presentations.
Help structure narratives that highlight the problem, approach, lessons learned, outcomes, and ROI.
Refine messaging and simplify technical concepts for broader audiences.
Use AI to:
Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders
Identify patterns, themes, and stronger narrative structures
Rapidly test and iterate on messaging approaches

Experience and Skills
5+ years in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in presentation design or graphic design roles.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as presentation programs, Google Slides and Keynote, and social/digital design (CapCut, After Effects)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to problem solve and address executive feedback quickly and at times, on the spot.
Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful presentations.
