Overview
The Sr. Specialist, Product Analysis partners with Product Managers and stakeholders to document requirements, support configuration changes, execute testing, and maintain recruiting and onboarding products. This role also identifies and implements continuous improvements that enhance product quality, usability, and operational efficiency.
This role drives execution across configuration, testing, deployment, and training, delivering modern, integrated, and experience-led Talent Acquisition (TA) and onboarding capabilities that accelerate hiring, improve new-hire productivity, and enhance the employee experience at scale.
Opportunity & Role Mission
This role offers the chance to join a newly established, world-class HR Products team responsible for building the core systems that power modern, end-to-end Talent Acquisition (TA) and onboarding experiences. You will translate product vision into scalable, standardized, build-ready solutions that enable consistent execution across TA and onboarding platforms. Your work will help shape how these products are delivered at scale, allowing product teams to focus on strategy while you ensure execution is seamless, efficient, and impactful.
What You'll Do
Document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and configuration needs in partnership with Product Managers and stakeholders
Support system configuration and low-/no-code changes within established product standards and governance
Execute test scripts, validate changes, and support release readiness and deployment activities
Provide day-to-day product support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with partners
Maintain process documentation, release notes, and testing records
Identify opportunities for incremental product, process, and user experience improvements
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding operations, and technology teams to support effective delivery and adoption
Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, accessible, and widely distributed, including release notes, test scripts, test results, sign-offs, decision logs, and related materials.
Collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, onboarding operations, and technology teams to drive alignment and execution.
What You Bring
Experience in product/business analysis, HR/TA technology, or HR/TA operations, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and low-/no-code tools, including system configuration. Familiarity with Workday and/or Phenom People is a plus.
Strong analytical, documentation, testing, and release management capabilities
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical and operational solutions
Ability to operate independently, navigate complex or ambiguous situations, and drive change and adoption
Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional stakeholders
Experience with end-user training and/or pilot execution (preferred)

TA and onboarding platforms are configured accurately and consistently for scale
Releases are stable, well-tested, and executed smoothly
Operational issues are resolved quickly and systematically
Documentation remains current, accessible, and reliable
Continuous improvement is consistently identified and embedded in the product lifecycle
Handoffs and training are delivered effectively and activated at scale
