Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager

ShipperHQ is seeking a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and grow our global agency partner network. If you’re passionate about building meaningful partnerships with a hunter mindset that can drive measurable revenue impact, this is an opportunity to shape how ShipperHQ collaborates with top e-commerce agencies around the world.

About Us:

ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX, and is transforming the way e-commerce businesses manage shipping. Since 2009, we’ve provided innovative shipping software that helps both SMBs and enterprise customers optimize their operations and achieve better results. Our team members span the globe, and we’re united by a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and impact. We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are excited to help shape the future of e-commerce shipping.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding our agency ecosystem. You’ll strengthen existing relationships, forge new collaborations, and partner closely with leadership and sales to accelerate growth.

  • Own agency partner relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for agency partners, ensuring alignment, engagement, and mutual success.
  • Drive revenue through collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to identify, pursue, and close partner-driven opportunities.
  • Enable and empower partners: Conduct engaging training sessions to ensure agencies are equipped to sell and support ShipperHQ solutions effectively.
  • Track and measure success: Implement a clear system to track referrals, leads, and partner performance; deliver regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Enhance partnership programs: Oversee key initiatives, streamline workflows, and continuously improve how we deliver value to our partners.
  • Hit and exceed targets: Meet or exceed annual sales quotas by growing revenue through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Entrepreneurial relationship-builder with a hunter mindset - skilled in proactively sourcing, engaging, and converting new partnership opportunities into measurable revenue.
  • 5+ years of partnership or channel management experience in eCommerce or SaaS, ideally within the Shopify ecosystem
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with PartnerPortal or similar PRM tools
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Positive, solutions-oriented, and highly collaborative
  • Ability and desire to travel for the company and attend partner events as needed

If you meet most but not all qualifications, we encourage you to apply. We value potential and learning agility.

Why ShipperHQ?

This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. For the right candidate with the right attitude, there are exceptional opportunities for career growth. Our agile team rolls up its sleeves to tackle some of the biggest challenges in e-commerce shipping. At ShipperHQ, you’ll gain more experience in a year than you might at other companies in three, thanks to our collaborative culture that emphasizes continuous learning, growth, and innovation.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Collaborate with a motivated team, directly tying your results to organizational success
  • 22 days of PTO plus public holidays
  • 401k Match

  • This is a hybrid, full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office
  • Compensation is based on experience
