  • Shape sourcing strategy and talent market insights for constrained candidate pools, advising leadership on competitive landscape and talent availability.
  • Build exceptional hiring manager partnerships through strategic advisory, ideal candidate profile development, and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Guide hiring processes and candidate experience design to ensure equitable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Partner with sales leadership to translate revenue goals into hiring strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to scale recruiting practices.
  • Drive improvements in recruiting tools, outreach approaches, and talent brand visibility to increase efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with People, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and establish scalable practices supporting company growth.
Your impact will be measured through:
  • Pipeline health and candidate progression rates for GTM roles
  • Time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates for revenue-critical positions
  • Hiring manager satisfaction and partnership effectiveness
  • Quality of hire indicators and new hire retention
What you need:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in-house recruiting for sales, marketing, or customer success roles.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting Enterprise Account Executives within SaaS, Open Source DevTools, Data Science, Cloud Platforms, or AI ecosystems.
  • Track record of meeting hiring goals and quality benchmarks in scaling organizations.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search).
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience communicating private company equity compensation to candidates.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience shaping recruiting strategy and success metrics for high-growth GTM teams with measurable impact on hiring velocity and quality.
  • Experience recruiting technical sales roles where candidates must demonstrate credibility with engineering and developer audiences.
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting processes during periods of rapid growth, including in open-source, AI, or data science-oriented companies.
  • Success across both agency and in-house environments, bringing best practices from each to your approach.
  • You embody our values: "Curious by Default," "Build Together," "Own It," and "Lead with Guts and Heart," and our behaviors: Clarity, Care and Candor.
  • You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish.
