  • Serve as a responsive, trusted tax resource for internal business partners.
  • Support international tax expansion, including coordinating with external advisors on tax return preparation.
  • Lead or contribute to ad hoc tax projects as priorities arise.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX requirements across all areas of responsibility.

  • 10+ years of relevant tax experience, ideally including time at a Big 4 accounting firm as well as in-house industry experience.
  • High-tech industry experience in California required.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Experience with OneSource tax software preferred.
  • Strong tax research skills, with the ability to analyze and clearly communicate conclusions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax audiences.
