As a Technical Program Manager focused on Networking Capacity Delivery, you will own the end-to-end delivery of our data center network infrastructure. You will be responsible for translating network capacity forecasts and complex architectural designs into fully racked, cabled, and commissioned network fabrics. This highly visible role requires deep cross-functional leadership across Network Engineering, Network Architecture, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations to solve deployment and topology challenges at hyperscale. Beyond delivering individual programs, you will be instrumental in designing the scalable, repeatable processes that define how we build our global network for the future.
- Drive the end-to-end execution of network deployments within new data center builds and live site expansions.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans for network fabric turn-ups, backbone deployments, and peering expansions, defining scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Translate network capacity forecasts and stakeholder needs into actionable, technical program requirements for physical and logical infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional execution with Network Engineering, Architecture, Data Center Design, and Supply Chain teams to mitigate risks to network delivery timelines.
- Develop and report on network deployment progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, optics, cabling, and turn-up automation.
- Establish and lead scalable processes and KPIs across network deployment and operations teams to improve efficiency and predictability.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or network engineering within a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or large-scale network environment.
- Direct experience managing the lifecycle of large-scale network deployments, including data center fabric builds, backbone expansions, or optical transport deployments.
- Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies, as well as the underlying technologies.
- Strong familiarity with the physical network stack, including structured cabling, optics, and hardware platforms from major vendors.
- Expertise in program management fundamentals and modern tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, PMP, etc.).
- Familiarity with data center construction milestones and how they impact network infrastructure deployment timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence matrixed, cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex network deployment challenges and project plans to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
