Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful, proactive sourcing strategies that incorporate multi-channel search and sourcing techniques.
- Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep research-oriented understanding of the industry.
- Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates while setting clear expectations and demonstrating a strong understanding of broader business needs.
- Promote their employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques to attract top talent.
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired.
- Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.
- Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit. Align with hiring managers to build overall understanding of position requirements.
- Work closely with supporting team members, recruiters, and coordinators to establish successful recruitment processes.
- 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub).
- Expertise in sourcing talent focused on research skills through X-Ray searches of research publication sites, conferences, etc.
- Candidates with robotics sourcing experience (on the Robotics Software/Computer Vision side) will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with robotics experience, in addition to sourcing in patents and publications, would be stellar.
- Experience in Research roles in Tech, especially around AI/ML/Computer Vision type of areas
- Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
- Experience working on innovative technology sourcing (mainly in areas of Robotics, AI, GenAI, ML, CV, etc.) positions.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
