Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and elegant digital experiences that solve real user problems and support business goals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to shape the user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces using industry best practices.

Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure the technical feasibility and consistent implementation of designs.

Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery for multiple projects simultaneously.

Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to design critiques and team reviews.

Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of responsive web and mobile design work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

Experience with usability testing, user research methods, and incorporating feedback into design iteration.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

Understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in agile or lean product development environments.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

Exposure to enterprise applications or SaaS product environments.

Design leadership or mentoring experience.


Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
