About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to own end-to-end experiences within a product area, driving both discovery and delivery.

You’ll shape product direction, elevate team practices, and integrate AI into the design process in thoughtful, high-leverage ways.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead discovery efforts to identify high-impact opportunities

  • Shape product direction through strong problem framing and insight

  • Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes

  • Design scalable, end-to-end experiences across a product area

  • Use AI and other emerging technologies to accelerate research synthesis, concept exploration, and iteration

  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and stakeholders

  • Mentor designers on craft, product thinking, and modern tooling

  • Raise the bar for design quality and critique

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of experience in product/UX design

  • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows

  • Proven ability to influence product direction and roadmap decisions

  • Strong experience leading discovery and research initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability to harness AI and new technologies to evolve design workflows, streamline collaboration with engineering, and accelerate high-quality product delivery.

  • Systems thinking across features and journeys

  • Ability to clearly and professionally articulate and defend design decisions, and manage stakeholders

What We Look for in Your Portfolio

  • Case studies demonstrating ownership of a product area or major initiative

  • Clear examples of discovery, problem framing, and outcome definition

  • Work that spans multiple features or user journeys

  • Strong storytelling that connects design decisions to impact

Strong portfolios also demonstrate:

  • Evidence of shaping the problem, not just solving it

  • Clear articulation of tradeoffs and constraints

  • Systems thinking across features and experiences

  • Integration of accessibility (WCAG 2.2) into your work

  • Use of AI tools for research synthesis, exploration, or iteration

What Success Looks Like

  • You improve both product outcomes and team capability

  • You use AI and other emerging technologies to increase speed, depth, and learning—not reduce rigor

  • You elevate how design is practiced within your team
