Job Description

About the Role
ServiceNow's Asset Management Business Unit is looking for a Staff Outbound Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, cross-portfolio role responsible for bringing the value of our Asset Management solutions — spanning software, hardware, cloud, enterprise, and operational assets — to market in a way that drives adoption, accelerates field success, and deepens customer outcomes.

You'll operate at the intersection of product, field, and customer. You'll connect the dots between what our products do and why it matters to the customers buying them; building the narratives, content, and programs that help field teams land deals and customers realize value.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and expansion across the Asset Management portfolio
  • Create high-quality enablement content, including positioning, demos, playbooks, and industry materials, that scales across field teams and partners
  • Build and leverage AI-powered workflows to create, scale, and continuously improve GTM content, adoption programs, and field enablement, moving faster and operating at higher quality than traditional approaches allow
  • Serve as a strategic partner to customers and prospects, translating product capabilities into tangible business outcomes and ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry commentators (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Omdia, etc.) to shape market perception and support evaluations
  • Represent the Asset Management portfolio at industry events, customer briefings, executive meetings, and webinars
  • Synthesize field intelligence and customer insights into actionable product feedback for Inbound PM counterparts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Teams to align on roadmap themes, release messaging, and GTM plans
  • Guide and contribute to cross-functional programs that accelerate customer time-to-value and drive product adoption at scale

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 12 - 15 years of experience in Product Management, Outbound/GTM Product Management, Solution Consulting, or related fields at a software company
  • Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, including software asset management, hardware asset management, cloud cost management / FinOps, or enterprise asset management
  • A natural value seller. Someone who can walk into a customer conversation, understand what's at stake for their business, and connect it back to outcomes our products deliver; building the proof points, narratives, and content that make that connection repeatable across the field
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, including executive-level engagement
  • Strong understanding of Asset Management market dynamics, industry landscape, and buyer personas across IT, Finance, and Procurement
  • Track record of building enablement content and programs that operate at scale
  • Excellent communication skills — equally effective in a customer briefing, an industry inquiry, a webinar, or a cross-functional planning session
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate workflows, accelerate content creation, or scale GTM functions, not just awareness of AI, but a track record of putting it to work
  • Collaborative, action-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow's Asset Management portfolio and platform
  • Background in industry relations programs (Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape, Gartner Magic Quadrant)
  • Experience in Solution Consulting or Value Selling
  • Proven track record building or deploying AI-powered systems, agents, or automation workflows at scale
