Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate end to end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done. Our Agents team sits at the center of this mission, shaping the core experience through which users interact with Harvey and turn AI capabilities into useful, trustworthy work.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help drive our core product experience, defining how users create, refine, and verify work with Harvey. Generating an answer or document is only part of the challenge. Users need to understand its sources, evaluate its accuracy, and shape it into something they can use. You’ll own a key piece of that experience, connecting what users see and do with the underlying agent capabilities that power it.

The opportunity spans problems like making generated documents easier to edit, helping users check supporting evidence without losing their place, and ensuring outputs follow the structure and format their work requires. You’ll bring strong product judgment and systems thinking to these challenges, partnering closely with engineering and design to make complex capabilities feel intuitive.

We move with urgency, bias toward simplicity, and expect our product leaders to stay close to the details. If you’re energized by ownership, decisive execution, and solving real user problems, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey’s agent experience, taking problems from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Build experiences that help users edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work, making it easy to inspect supporting evidence and identify what needs closer review.

  • Partner with Design, Product Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams to solve problems across the interface and underlying agent behavior.

  • Turn broad product opportunities into focused releases, testing the most important assumptions early and using customer feedback and usage data to guide investment.

  • Keep the experience simple as Harvey’s capabilities expand, making deliberate decisions about what to surface, what to automate, and where users need control.

What You Have
  • 7+ years of product management experience building user-facing products, ideally in consumer, prosumer, or product-led B2B environments.

  • Experience making complex workflows intuitive, with examples of how you simplified an experience while preserving the capabilities users needed.

  • Experience owning problems that span the user interface and underlying systems. You work with engineers to determine whether a problem requires a better interaction, a change in system behavior, or both.

  • A track record of turning ambitious ideas into useful early releases, validating with users, and making clear decisions to expand, change direction, or stop.

  • Evidence that you can learn an unfamiliar technical domain and take ownership of product decisions within it. Experience with AI or LLM-powered products is a plus

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
