Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others.

About the Role:

One of the biggest barriers to accessing mental health care today is cost uncertainty and financial constraints. As the Product Manager for Grow’s new Billing Experience team, you will own a charter focused on building a best-in-class experience that gives clients confidence to start and continue care.

You will define the product vision and lead a roadmap that transforms one of the most frustrating aspects of healthcare into a meaningful differentiator for Grow. This is an opportunity to turn complexity into clarity and create an experience that clients trust.

Working closely with engineering, design, data, and operations, you will have the strategic ownership to define what best-in-class truly means in a space where no competitor has fully solved the problem.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for our Payments Experience team, building an experience that makes using insurance and paying for care a delightful experience for clients.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our UXR, Design, Client Support, and Data teams to identify the main opportunities for improvement in our billing experience as it relates to insurance and payments.

  • In collaboration with our Design team, define and deliver an end to end experience that removes friction across insurance and payments while translating complex concepts such as deductibles and coverage changes into clear, intuitive, and actionable experiences for clients.

  • Launch innovative features with a meaningful and measurable impact to client retention and experience.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • Product experience: 5+ years in a product management role where you owned the full strategy of your end-to-end surface area.

  • Innovative mindset - you’ve launched 0-1 features before in a high ambiguity space.

  • Strong analytical skills and a comfort with data analysis and experimentation; you make decisions with data and know how to use data to uncover user needs

  • Strong prioritization instincts: You know how to balance short-term wins with long-term platform investments and focus on what drives the most impact.

  • User empathy: You enjoy talking to users and translating real pain points into thoughtful product solutions.

  • Adaptability: You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and adjusting as new information emerges.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.

  • A track record of owning outcomes, not just outputs — you care about whether the thing you shipped actually moved the needle.

Full Time Employee Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability coverage.

  • Parental Leave & Family Support: Up to 18 weeks paid leave and a new child stipend.

  • Financial Wellness: 401(k) program and equity opportunities.

  • Meals & Home Office Support: Stipends for home office setup and ongoing funds for meals, with tailored perks for both remote and in-office employees.

  • Time Off to Recharge: Flexible PTO, 12 paid holidays, and a full winter break week.

  • Wellness & Development: Annual stipends to put towards personal & professional growth.

  • Mental & Physical Health Support: No-cost access to therapy through the Grow platform, weekly flexible hours for self-care (“Mental Health Mornings/Afternoons”) and memberships to leading wellness apps (such as One Medical, Headspace, and Talkspace).

  • Extra Perks: Pet insurance discounts, commuter benefits, and global travel assistance.

State-specific notices: Depending on your location, you may have additional rights. Illinois: If AI analyzes a video interview, we'll provide notice, explain how it works and what it evaluates, and obtain consent beforehand. New York City: Where required, we'll provide at least 10 business days’ notice before using an automated employment decision tool and explain how to request an alternative process. Maryland: We do not use facial recognition to create facial templates during interviews unless required notice and written consent are obtained.

Questions, accommodation requests, requests for an alternative selection process, objections to recording, or concerns about AI use? Contact [email protected]. We’re happy to help or offer an alternative way to participate.
