Ready to be a Titan?

At ServiceTitan, we're building the operating system for the trades. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Exteriors vertical and help shape the future of how roofing, siding, gutters, and windows contractors run their businesses. This is a senior individual contributor role for a product leader who wants to go deep on an industry, own a meaningful product area end-to-end, and bring a modern, AI-forward lens to some of the most complex workflows in the trades.

This role is built around deep customer immersion and strategic ownership. You'll develop genuine expertise in how exteriors businesses operate across the full job lifecycle, from sales to project costing, and use that expertise to identify the gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities where agentic AI experiences technology can make the biggest difference. You'll bring an AI-first mindset to solving real operational problems in ways that feel built for the future, not patched onto the past.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and own the roadmap for a cohesive product area within the Exteriors vertical, with a clear vision aligned to company goals and customer outcomes.

  • Architect scalable, AI-powered solutions—including intelligent recommendations, automated workflows, and agentic experiences—that improve insights and reduce manual work for operators at scale.

  • Set measurable, multi-quarter goals and lead cross-functional teams toward them with rigor and transparency.

  • Lead deep customer discovery and market research to build fluency in how roofing, siding, and glass businesses actually operate—and translate that into clear, compelling product strategy.

  • Proactively identify and remove technical and organizational blockers before they impede delivery.

  • Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, and GTM leadership to align execution and deliver features that drive real business value.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in enterprise B2B SaaS; experience in the trades or field-service products a strong plus.

  • Experience partnering on or shipping AI-powered features, with a clear point of view on how intelligent automation can change what's possible for customers.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills—you know how to measure what matters, even in messy problem spaces, and translate that into clear direction for teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong instincts for workflow analysis: you can map how a business operates, identify where it breaks down, and design solutions that fit how people actually work.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—you can make smart, well-reasoned decisions without waiting for complete information.

  • Demonstrated ability to own a complex product area end-to-end—from ambiguous problem space through scaled adoption.

  • Self-starter who takes initiative, operates with ownership, and holds themselves accountable to outcomes, not just outputs.

Why This Role Matters:

Exteriors contractors manage some of the most operationally complex jobs in the trades—coordinating materials, crews, inspections, insurance workflows, and customer communication across every job, every day. The tools they use today weren't built for them. Your job is to change that. By building an integrated, intelligent platform that reflects how exteriors businesses actually operate, you'll help contractors run tighter operations, protect their margins, and build businesses that scale.
