The OpportunitySuperhuman is building an integrated suite of AI productivity products. One of our biggest growth opportunities lies in how users move between these products—discovering new ones, purchasing the bundle, and getting activated across the full suite. We need a Staff Growth Product Manager to own this end-to-end.
This role sits at the intersection of funnel optimization, monetization, and cross-product activation. You’ll define how users go from trying one product to adopting the full Superhuman suite—shaping bundle purchase experience, the pricing and packaging flows, and the intelligent systems that surface the right product to the right user at the right time. You’ll partner with engineers to build systems that power personalized cross-activation, and you’ll work closely with leadership across product, marketing, and business teams to drive bundle monetization and cross-activation strategy.
This is a senior IC role for someone who can connect growth strategy to execution, navigate ambiguity across a multi-product ecosystem, and deliver measurable impact at scale.
In this role, you will:
Define and execute the growth strategy for the Superhuman suite’s purchase funnel—from discovery through checkout, covering both individual and multi-seat bundle purchase flows
Own conversion optimization across the bundle purchase experience: diagnose friction, run experiments, and ship improvements that increase purchase rates and revenue
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, finance, and business teams to inform pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions for the suite—and translate those decisions into optimized purchase flows
Develop the cross-activation strategy and roadmap: how users of one product discover, try, and adopt additional products in the suite
Partner with engineers to build intelligent systems that deliver personalized “next best action” recommendations, optimizing when and how users are introduced to new products
Design and run a rigorous experimentation program across purchase and activation surfaces—form hypotheses, define metrics, ship tests, and iterate based on results
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track suite-level growth metrics, funnel health, and cross-activation rates
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to ship at a high cadence while maintaining a cohesive user experience across products
Influence product and business strategy by surfacing insights from funnel data, user research, and experimentation results
Has 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on growth, monetization, or funnel optimization in a consumer or SaaS product
Track record of improving growth and revenue metrics through experimentation—can point to specific, measurable results from initiatives they led
Experience shaping pricing, packaging, or purchase flow strategy in partnership with business and finance stakeholders is a plus
Deep understanding of multi-product or platform ecosystems—has worked on cross-product discovery, activation, or bundle-style offerings
Comfortable partnering with engineers to define use cases, success metrics, and product requirements for recommendation or personalization systems
Strong analytical capabilities: can work with large datasets, build analyses, and translate data into strategy. Proficiency with SQL or a similar query language is an advantage
Experience running structured experimentation programs, including A/B testing and iterative learning across purchase and activation surfaces
Effective communicator who can articulate strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals
Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity—can define the problem space, structure a roadmap, and drive progress independently in areas without established playbooks
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Based in San Francisco, with willingness to travel occasionally for team off-sites and collaboration
