We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We're seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy across our Enterprise segment. This is a rare opportunity to shape the product direction of a category-defining suite at the forefront of AI and legal technology. Our Enterprise offerings cover Vincent, Clio's AI-powered legal intelligence platform, and Operate, our enterprise-grade practice and matter management platform. This role is available to candidates in Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. If you are located near our Toronto or NYC hub, you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on our designated Anchor Days. We are prioritizing candidates based in the greater New York City area for this search.

What your team does:

As part of Clio's Enterprise division, this role sits at the heart of our most ambitious growth story. Clio Operate and Vincent together form a category-defining product suite that is enabling untethered growth for legal clients worldwide. Operate grew revenue by ~100% in 2025, and Vincent is accelerating fast.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant scope and influence. You'll set product direction and drive execution across a critical area of the Enterprise portfolio, working closely with Design, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to deliver intelligent, high-leverage solutions for enterprise legal professionals. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, shaping strategy while staying close to execution, as part of a broader entrepreneurial cross-functional team. As a senior member of the product organization, you'll be a key player in advancing product maturity across Vincent as it scales globally.

What you'll work on:

  • Define and drive the product strategy for Vincent, ensuring roadmap decisions reflect the complex workflows and high standards of enterprise legal users.
  • Own end-to-end product outcomes for a core area of the Enterprise suite, from discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Research, and Data Science to shape the product roadmap and deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
  • Champion user-centered product development by embedding research and data-informed decision-making into every stage of the process.
  • Communicate product strategy, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Leverage AI capabilities thoughtfully to build intelligent, adaptive products that serve enterprise legal professionals.
  • Proactively interface with prospective and existing customers to surface product insights and gather regular feedback, building strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to keep that feedback moving into the roadmap.
  • Mentor and influence other product managers, raising the bar for product craft and rigor across the org, even without formal reporting lines.
  • Prioritize and sequence work effectively to meet delivery goals and drive long-term strategic impact.

What you may have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including SaaS or complex platform environments.
  • Previous experience as a founder or co-founder of a startup.
  • A track record of owning and shipping high-quality, user-centered products at scale, with measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in product discovery, data-informed decision-making, and systems thinking.
  • Experience building for enterprise users with complex, high-stakes workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy to business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, able to build trust and influence without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving clarity for teams around you.
  • A growth mindset when it comes to process improvement and new technologies, especially AI.

Serious bonus points if you:

  • Experience with AI-driven or data-intensive products.
  • Familiarity with legal, enterprise, or regulated industry products.
  • Experience contributing to or evolving platform-level strategy in multi-product environments.
