Role
We are looking for a Staff Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, reporting to the Director, Digital Transformation - Provisioning within our General and Administrative department.
You will optimize our Salesforce platform for provisioning processes, ensuring our global infrastructure scales effectively. You will put your passion and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader, providing a strong foundation for growth by enhancing pre-sales and post-sales enablement.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to provisioning and sales operations
- Guide and validate the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
- Streamline and automate provisioning workflows across Salesforce and internal platforms to enhance pre-sales and post-sales enablement
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical developers, ensuring alignment on requirements and providing user documentation and training
- Monitor provisioning workflows using Salesforce and Tableau analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending data-driven enhancements

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce-focused roles with expertise in Sales Cloud and SaaS provisioning or order management workflows
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and automation for provisioning processes with the ability to design scalable, technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align business needs with technical solutions
- U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications
- Experience with SaaS software provisioning for complex product solutions
- Proficiency in architecture solutioning and complex problem solving

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
