About The RoleWe are looking for a Staff Salesforce Engineer for the Product & Technology (P&T) team at The RealReal. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for an expert who enjoys deep technical work and solid architecture. You won't just be keeping the lights on here. We want someone who will push our engineering standards forward, solve the hard problems, and lead our charge into AI-driven automation. You’ll be the main technical point person for our marketing tools (specifically Zoom, Sumo, and LeanData) and will play a critical role in our Q2 AI initiatives. We care about results and need someone who can move the needle on critical projects while making sure the platform stays reliable as we grow.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Code Quality: Own your code from start to finish. This means building for performance and scale, including bulk-safe patterns and robust automated tests.

  • Solution Design: Lead design discussions to make sure what we build fits with our global governance and enterprise standards. You will provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code and configurations.

  • Mentoring: Advise other engineers on the team through code reviews and sharing best practices around readability, scalability, and test coverage.
