About the Team

The Enterprise Product team creates the platform that customers use to build, maintain, and improve their AI agents. We transform complex engineering work into intuitive self-serve products, making sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to both technical and non-technical Customer Experience teams.

About the Role

You'll be a technical leader for a full-stack product engineering team, shaping the platform that empowers customers to create and optimize their AI agents. This means working closely with the Agent Software Engineering and Agent PM teams to understand current workflows, then defining technical strategy and establishing patterns that scale those capabilities across our customer base. You'll work day-to-day with the core product and design teams, joining discovery, defining requirements, reviewing designs, and iterating through launch. Beyond building features, you'll mentor engineers as the team grows, supervising projects and providing technical direction for their work.

In this role, you will

  • Drive technical direction for the Agent Building platform, establishing patterns and architecture that scale with our customer base and features

  • Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous requirements to shipped products

  • Create AI-powered tools that enable non-technical teams to create and manage sophisticated workflows without writing code

  • Build monitoring and analytics that surface actionable insights, helping customers identify where their agents can improve

  • Partner directly with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and validate product direction

  • Mentor engineers and elevate team practices through code review, technical design, and knowledge sharing

Your background looks something like this

  • 6+ years building full-stack software products, with demonstrated impact on technical direction and strong product thinking

  • Deep expertise in TypeScript and/orPython, with strong architecture and system design skills

  • Proven ability to design abstractions and platforms that serve diverse use cases elegantly

  • Track record of leading technical initiatives and driving consensus across teams

  • Experience balancing technical excellence with rapid iteration and customer needs

  • Strong product intuition and history of translating user feedback into technical solutions

  • History of mentoring engineers and establishing technical standards

Even better

  • Experience building and scaling developer tools, APIs, platforms, or infrastructure products

  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent systems, prompt engineering, or building products on top of AI capabilities

  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and building scalable systems

  • Experience with observability, data visualization, or analytics products

  • History of establishing technical standards, design patterns, or architectural principles adopted across teams

Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • Take what you need vacation policy

  • Daily lunches, dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best
