The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Act as a staff-level technical lead while writing and reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and delivering customer-facing AI products.
What you'll do
- Own AI-powered features from product definition through release.
- Build agent workflows and production language-model capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and strengthen code review and delivery practices.
- Work with product and customer teams on new product ideas.
- Architect full-stack systems across interfaces, backend services, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 8 to 15 years of relevant full-stack product engineering experience.
- Experience acting as a technical lead and coordinating substantial engineering work.
- Strong hands-on delivery across frontend and backend systems.
- Recent production experience with LLM features or AI agents.
- Ability to mentor engineers and improve engineering quality.
- Experience working in a startup or small team and partnering across functions.
Bonus points
- Production AI evaluations, observability, or multi-step agent pipelines.
- Interest in life sciences or healthcare.
- A computer science degree or equivalent engineering experience.

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary: USD 210,000 to 260,000 per year.
- Equity: 1-1.5%.
