What You’ll Do
Design, build, and scale backend systems and internal tooling for our AI agent platform
Own critical APIs and integrations with systems like ServiceTitan
Lead complex features end-to-end, from early design through production rollout
Improve real-time voice performance, reliability, and AI agent intelligence
Mentor engineers and help establish best practices across the team
Balance speed and quality while scaling systems that handle live customer traffic
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
Strong system design and architectural judgment
Experience shipping and operating production systems at scale
Comfortable in high-growth, ambiguous startup environments
Ownership mindset and a bias toward execution
