What is the opportunity?

As a Pre-Sales Staff Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical relationships within some of our large-scale enterprise and premier customers. • Deliver bespoke technical enablement, product update, and technology roadmap sessions to new and existing customers where required.
  • Track and support your sales opportunities. Working with your Account team, ensure that all opportunities are technically validated by ensuring the proposed solution will meet the customers requirements. This may also include conducting proof of concepts, RFP/RFI responses, solution demonstrations and technical workshops.
  • Craft and propose customer solutions that differentiate Omnissa software and services, and meet the customers’ requirements and objectives, and where required demonstrate our competitive advantages.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of Omnissa products and solutions.
  • Support the Omnissa marketing team, helping with marketing events when required to do so. This may include public speaking at industry events and delivering webinar content for example.
