Qualifications

Position Overview
This is a key role in the team of Customer Quality Engineering for our Global customers, including US, EU, Japan and Korea. This role will work seamlessly with related Quality, Engineering and Business groups to ensure timely responses for customer Quality requests, such as handling field returns, supporting customer audits and other compliances needs.
Job Functions
 Key front-line interface for Quality and related questions or issues for the assigned regional customer accounts.
 Project manage Quality issues diagnoses, root-cause analysis with FA and other groups.
 Review FA and co-develop 8D reports to well mange customer-facing communications.
 Internalize customer feedback regarding MPS quality and reliability performance against customer requirements and relative to MPS competition.
 Help identify opportunities to improve processes between Customer and MPS such as Product Qualification, Spec & Document review, and Auditing etc.
 Proactively provide guidance and recommendations to our engineering teams on how best to address customer issues and further elevate customer satisfaction.
Experience Requirements 10+ years experiences in Semiconductor IC Engineering and Quality functions, with proven customer-facing skills and experiences.
Qualifications
 Good understanding of Semiconductor manufacturing process, key aspects of IC tests and how ATE test correlates with device behavior and quality.
 Good knowledge of IC silicon/package fail mechanisms/symptoms, Reliability and FA process and testing tools and reporting.
 Hands on skills in Quality tools and methodologies, statistics and structured problem solving techniques.
 Proactively drive issue resolution as a seasoned team player with excellent communication skills, can effectively handle sensitive and proprietary information well.
 Proven experiences in managing professional relationship with customers QA functions in US, EU, Japan/Korea, with insights and sensitivities on business cultural differences.
 Excellent influence and negotiation skills to respond to difficult news and situations.
Education Requirements
Bsc EE required; Msc EE preferred
