About Klarity
Tldr on us: Series B, $91M raised, 7x growth last year.

Digital Transformation gave rise to a $600B consulting Industry. AI Transformation will be 10x bigger and will be delivered through agents. We built that.

Our AI discovers how work actually happens across every team and application, Structures it into a living Context Graph, and Improves it continuously.

ServiceNow mapped 900+ processes in 9 days. DoorDash captured 3,800+ finance operations in 14 weeks. That's not a project. That's compounding intelligence.

OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe use Klarity to transform how they transform. We shipped GPT-4 document chat within 12 hours of OpenAI's API launch.

We move fast, reward agency, and care deeply about our customers, our team, and our mission.

The Opportunity

Klarity is at an inflection point. The Staff TPM role is for someone who has been here before — shaped product strategy at consequential scale, operates with minimal direction, influences cross-functional leaders, and leaves things measurably better than they found them.

Who You Are
  • A technical PM who operates at systems level — You think in platforms, not features. You understand how product decisions create leverage or lock-in two years from now, and you've navigated that before.

  • A deep AI product thinker — You've owned AI-native products through multiple iterations. You understand eval frameworks, model tradeoffs, prompt architecture, and the operational complexity of running LLM features at scale.

  • An organizational multiplier — You turn tribal knowledge into reusable standards and patterns. When you leave a team, it runs better than when you joined it.

  • A trusted cross-functional voice — Engineering leadership, the CTO, and the CEO treat your opinions as signal — earned through consistent delivery, not title.

  • Equally strong in discovery and strategy — You're as comfortable synthesizing months of customer interviews into a crisp strategic narrative as you are writing a precise technical spec.

  • Experience: 7+ years in PM, including Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope. Deep experience with AI/ML platforms or developer-facing products strongly preferred.

How You Operate
  • Product & UX Taste — You identify systemic product problems before they surface in customer feedback. You make platform-level design decisions that create leverage for the entire product org. You set the standard for what good looks like across multiple surfaces.

  • AI-Native Velocity — You define how the product org thinks about and ships AI-native features. You design evaluation frameworks, shape how the team accounts for non-determinism, and move the entire function forward. You create clarity in the most ambiguous situations and take ownership well beyond assigned scope.

  • Ships to Outcomes — You are accountable for the highest-stakes, most complex deliverables. You use AI tools fluently to prototype, validate, and pressure-test product directions. You don't wait for permission or capacity — you find a way to make progress visible. The bar is platform-level outcomes with measurable business impact.

  • Communication — You operate as a trusted voice in leadership conversations. You write and speak with the precision and confidence that shifts decisions at the executive level. You turn months of ambiguous discovery into crisp strategic narratives. You change minds in both directions — with engineering teams and with the CEO — using evidence, not authority.

What You'll Do
  • Speak directly with many customers and customer executives to understand their needs

  • Prototype and rapidly iterate on your product ideas

  • Own the highest-leverage product areas with significant autonomy

  • Shape our AI platform strategy — work with the CTO and AI team to define where AI capabilities create durable product differentiation

  • Establish product standards — define how we do discovery, write specs, measure outcomes, and run experiments across the org

  • Drive cross-functional alignment at leadership level — own product narratives that align Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership

  • Be the PM for the hardest problems — strategically critical, technically complex, and genuinely ambiguous

About Our Culture and Team

We move fast, care deeply, and take real ownership. Our values — agency, care, velocity, energy — show up in how we work, not just what we say. The team is organized into pods where individuals own problems end-to-end rather than working on isolated tasks.

We think the lines between design, engineering, and product are already blurring — and we hire people who want to develop across all three. The team eats together every day, plays ping pong, and regularly spends time together outside of work.

Benefits:
  • Equity in addition to competitive cash compensation

  • 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision options!

  • Paid Parental Leave

  • $500 Annual Learning Fund

  • $100 Monthly Wellness Fund

  • 401k via Betterment

  • Relocation support to San Francisco Bay Area (where applicable)

  • Office-related Perks:

    • BART or Caltrain to the office?: Contribute pre-tax funds to a Parking & Transit account, and you will never be taxed for it!

    • Lunchtime, Leveled Up: Enjoy curated local eats delivered to the office daily to enjoy with an entertaining team

    • Snack Central: Drinks and snacks for every craving - from healthy bites to Klarity team favorites.

    • Onsite Gym Access: A state-of-the-art fitness center right downstairs, and it’s free!

    • Safe & Secure Bike Room: Commute in and safely store your bike.
