Serve as a close strategic advisor to Talmenta’s founder, providing entrepreneurial guidance, strategic thinking, ideation, influential leadership, and candid challenge. The advisor will leverage significant company-building experience while supporting Talmenta’s mission to advance AI-assisted mathematical research and management.
Entrepreneurial Advisor — Talmenta
Talmenta transitions mathematics from the 19th century (deep thinking + master-apprentice) to the 21st century (AI-assisted + management-based). We achieve this by training and distributing research managers, who supervise complex projects of mathematicians and AI engineers for professors worldwide. This enables professors to transition to AI-assisted research – today!
This mission is deeply based in an understanding that each human brings strikingly different talents, and academia has ignored these differences for centuries. By turning all these different talents into performance and integrating people from two vastly different disciplines, great managers make all the difference.
I’m looking for one exceptional, experienced entrepreneur to become a close strategic advisor to the founder. The engagement is primarily equity-based, with standard multi-year vesting.
What I look for
- Significant experience founding and building companies
- Exceptional strategic thinking; possibly combined with ideation.
- Strong influencing talents: your leadership affects people.
- High standards and willingness to challenge the founder directly.
- Genuine interest in Talmenta’s intellectual mission.
If you recognize yourself in this description, I would be happy to meet you!
