Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing SaaS sales professional who thrives on building executive relationships, creating pipeline, and closing complex deals. You will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, strong executive presence, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Deal Closure
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Drive opportunities from initial engagement to contract signature.
Executive Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Cloud Leaders, and Business Executives.
- Lead executive presentations, ROI discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Position C3 as a strategic business solution rather than a software product.
Strategic Selling
- Understand customer challenges around Microsoft CSP, Azure, cloud commerce, subscription management, and billing automation.
- Develop compelling business cases and value-driven proposals.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to accelerate deal closures.
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Maintain CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.
- Manage opportunities using HubSpot and modern sales tools.
- Deliver predictable revenue outcomes.
Requirements
Experience
- 5–12 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing enterprise software deals.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, subscription-based, or platform solutions.
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, CSP ecosystem, cloud commerce, or billing platforms.
- Experience engaging C-level executives and managing complex buying cycles.
Sales & Communication Skills
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong executive presence and negotiation capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative and value-selling approach.
Technology & Tools
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and modern sales engagement platforms.
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for prospecting, research, proposal development, and sales productivity.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred.
- Microsoft, Azure, SaaS, AI, or Cloud certifications are a plus.
