What you'll do

• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior research and development buyers.

• Translate technical workflows and customer needs into clear commercial proposals with Solutions Scientists and customer teams.

• A track record of generating your own pipeline and winning multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.

• Direct experience selling ERP, PLM, MES, or comparable operational or manufacturing software. This is a core requirement.

• Domain experience and an established senior network in chemicals, materials science, life sciences, or related industries.

• Readiness to travel 50% or more across the United States.

Bonus points

• A technical or engineering background that helps you engage with scientific buyers.

• Experience at scientific or industrial software vendors, or on hyperscaler teams serving industrial or life sciences customers.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $140K-$160K USD.

• 50/50 base and variable compensation structure, with a $280K-$320K target OTE.

• Competitive equity.

Location / work model

This is a full-time, fully remote role for candidates based in the United States, with 50% or more travel to customer sites across the country.
