🚀 We’re Hiring: Strategic Alliance Director

🌍 Location: US East Coast (Remote)

At Binalyze, we’re transforming how cybersecurity teams investigate and respond to incidents. Our platform combines forensic-level visibility with automation to help defenders act faster, protect data integrity, and maintain business continuity.

We’re now hiring a Strategic Alliance Director to lead and expand our global alliance partnerships - starting with our most critical OEM relationship and establishing a scalable framework for future strategic collaborations.

This is not a generic account management role. We need someone who deeply understands cybersecurity technology, excels in building strategic partnerships, and can bridge technical depth with commercial execution.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

🔥 What You’ll Do

You’ll own our key OEM alliance and develop a repeatable partnership model that drives measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with executive and GTM leaders, you’ll create joint business plans, build account strategies, and ensure operational excellence across every aspect of the partnership.

Your focus will include:

Alliance leadership

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Binalyze’s OEM alliance.

  • Develop and deliver joint business plans with clear goals, metrics, and outcomes.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners aligned to our product and market goals.

Technical and commercial alignment

  • Build a deep understanding of Binalyze’s technology, architecture, and integration pathways.

  • Collaborate with partner technical teams to ensure product alignment and solution success.

  • Translate technical capabilities into commercial value across co-sell and co-delivery programs.

Operational excellence

  • Manage executive cadence, governance, and QBRs for alliance performance.

  • Establish scalable frameworks for partner enablement and onboarding.

  • Use automation and analytics to measure impact, track revenue, and ensure precision in execution.

This is a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for someone who’s operated in complex, technical environments and knows how to turn partnerships into scalable growth.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

🧠 What You Bring

  • Deep experience in strategic alliances, OEM partnerships, or enterprise-level business development within cybersecurity or security technology.

  • Proven ability to create and execute joint business plans and account strategies.

  • Technical fluency across areas like digital forensics, incident response, XDR/EDR, or SIEM ecosystems.

  • Experience influencing executive and technical stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Architects, Sales leaders).

  • Strong commercial acumen and operational discipline — able to build structure, measure success, and deliver outcomes.

  • Comfortable operating independently, while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

🎁 What We Offer

  • Salary range: $150,000 - $225,000

  • 28 days annual leave + wellbeing days + your birthday off.

  • Private medical insurance, including family cover.

  • Home office setup support.

  • Monthly wellbeing and entertainment allowances.

  • 401K

You’ll join a team of sharp, collaborative people building tools that make a difference for defenders worldwide. This is an opportunity to shape how Binalyze scales through alliances, owning high-impact relationships that drive both innovation and growth.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

+Ready to make an impact?

If you’re passionate about building great products, solving complex problems, and advancing the future of cybersecurity, we’d love to meet you.

+ Diversity & Inclusion

At Binalyze, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
