About the Role

We are looking for a senior partner success and learning professional to activate cloud partners to co-sell and deploy customer solutions at scale. This role leads the enablement strategy and execution that equip partner teams to turn joint priorities into measurable customer and business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor to strategic partners, you will turn shared business priorities into practical enablement programs that help partner sales, technical, customer success, and leadership teams identify joint opportunities, co-sell effectively, and deploy customer solutions successfully. You will own the partner enablement relationship for an assigned portfolio and work across internal teams to ensure programs are coordinated, scalable, and connected to measurable partner, customer, and business outcomes.

This is not a traditional training delivery role or a quota-carrying partner account manager position. It is a consultative, partner-facing role for someone who can shape strategy, build relationships, translate complex AI capabilities into effective learning experiences, lead persuasive enablement sessions, and guide strategic partners toward sustained success.

In this role, you will:
Own strategic partner enablement and success
  • Serve as the primary enablement and success lead for a portfolio of strategic cloud platforms.

  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, priorities, audiences, existing learning infrastructure, and strategic relationship with our company.

  • Build partner-specific enablement strategies aligned to shared goals, priorities, and the broader partnership strategy.

  • Establish trusted relationships with partner leaders, alliance teams, enablement stakeholders, sales organizations, technical communities, and post-sales teams.

  • Lead ongoing planning conversations, enablement reviews, stakeholder check-ins, and executive updates that keep partners and internal teams aligned.

  • Identify gaps, risks, opportunities, and emerging partner needs, then coordinate the right response across internal and partner stakeholders.

Design and deliver relevant learning programs
  • Translate partner priorities, product capabilities, customer use cases, and go-to-market objectives into clear learning strategies and practical enablement plans.

  • Create and manage differentiated learning pathways for partner sellers, solutions architects, developers, customer success teams, services teams, and leaders.

  • Develop and deliver scalable enablement experiences, including workshops, technical deep dives, executive briefings, office hours, train-the-trainer programs, partner communities, and reusable learning resources.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, audience-specific, and grounded in real customer and partner scenarios.

  • Adapt programs for different partner business models, geographic regions, technical maturity levels, and strategic priorities.

  • Build repeatable program frameworks while tailoring the partner experience where the relationship requires a more customized approach.

  • Promote practical understanding of generative AI, responsible AI use, product capabilities, solution positioning, technical implementation considerations, and customer value.

Drive co-sell, deployment, and strategic outcomes
  • Activate partner sales, technical, and customer success teams with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to co-sell and deploy customer solutions at scale.

  • Support partner readiness across technical, sales, customer success, and leadership audiences.

  • Connect enablement activity to co-sell execution, successful customer deployments, partner engagement, and partner-influenced business outcomes.

  • Develop partner champions and internal advocates who can extend learning and knowledge sharing across their organizations.

  • Use partner feedback, stakeholder input, and program data to refine enablement approaches and remove barriers to success.

  • Ensure partner teams can access the resources, experts, and support they need to participate effectively in strategic initiatives.

Lead through cross-functional partnership
  • Work closely with strategic alliances, partner management, sales, solutions architecture, product, developer relations, customer success, marketing, and learning teams.

  • Translate product launches, strategic initiatives, and evolving partner priorities into coordinated enablement actions.

  • Represent the voice of the partner internally, sharing practical feedback on learning needs, content gaps, product questions, and program effectiveness.

  • Coordinate across teams to deliver a cohesive experience without duplicating existing partner management, account ownership, or sales responsibilities.

  • Influence stakeholders at multiple levels, from individual contributors and technical experts to senior partner executives.

Measure and improve program effectiveness
  • Establish clear measures for partner engagement, training attendance, workshops delivered, badges earned, stakeholder participation, and program reach.

  • Monitor trends across partner audiences, geographies, learning pathways, and strategic initiatives to identify where additional support is needed.

  • Maintain a clear view of partner enablement priorities, program status, partner feedback, and progress against shared goals.

  • Communicate program insights and outcomes through concise partner updates, business reviews, and leadership reporting.

  • Continuously improve learning experiences based on participation, partner feedback, observed readiness, and strategic business impact.

You might thrive in this role if you have:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner success, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, customer success, learning and development, or consulting within enterprise technology.

  • Proven success managing strategic partner relationships and designing and delivering enablement programs that improve partner readiness and business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of cloud, enterprise software, or AI technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and business audiences.

  • Experience partnering across sales, solutions architecture, product, customer success, alliances, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, relationship management, and program management skills.

  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and navigating global partner organizations, competing priorities, and multiple audiences.

  • A practical, data-informed approach to measuring partner engagement, readiness, co-sell execution, customer deployments, and business impact.

  • Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping strategic partners succeed.

Helpful experience:
  • Experience working with strategic cloud partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle.

  • Experience in generative AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise AI adoption.

  • Background in instructional design, adult learning, learning consulting, technical enablement, or enterprise learning program development.

  • Experience building role-based learning pathways, partner champion programs, hands-on workshops, technical bootcamps, or train-the-trainer models.

  • Experience supporting global partner programs across multiple regions, stakeholder groups, and levels of technical maturity.

  • Familiarity with learning platforms, partner portals, CRM tools, dashboards, or other systems used to manage partner enablement and engagement.

How success is measured:
  • Strategic partners have clear, mutually understood enablement priorities and an active plan aligned to the partnership strategy.

  • Partner sales, technical, customer success, and leadership audiences participate in relevant learning opportunities.

  • Training attendance, workshops delivered, badges, partner engagement, and stakeholder coverage show meaningful progress.

  • Partner teams demonstrate stronger product understanding and readiness to identify joint opportunities, co-sell effectively, and deploy customer solutions.

  • Partner stakeholders view the enablement relationship as valuable, responsive, and aligned to their business needs.

  • Internal teams have a clear view of partner priorities, program performance, emerging needs, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Enablement contributes to increased co-sell activity, successful customer deployments, stronger strategic partnerships, and partner-influenced growth.
