Strategic Responsibilities

1. Revenue Architecture & Deal Engineering
● $3-5M Booking Target: Own and exceed an annual $3-5M quota through
aggressive acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing enterprise
footprints.
● Managed Services & MS Deals: Identify and convert transactional
engagements into long-term, high-margin Managed Services and outsourcing
contracts.
● Transformation & AI Leadership: Position end-to-end AI solutions and
large-scale transformation frameworks that address cost optimization and
business efficiency.
● Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Lead high-stakes sales cycles from initial
opportunity identification and solutioning to final contract closure.

2. Strategic Value Advisory & Sector Focus
● Hi-Tech Specialization: Leverage deep industry insights to identify
challenges and priorities specific to the Hi-Tech landscape.
● Consultative Provocation: Apply solution-selling approaches to provide
consultative guidance on business and technology solutions.
● C-Suite Influence: Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with CxO
and VP-level stakeholders to align solutions with their business roadmaps.
● Outcome Mapping: Leverage case studies and success stories to
demonstrate measurable business value and ROI.

3. Orchestration & Pipeline Intelligence
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales,
and solution groups to develop high-value proposals.
● Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account
plans to achieve specific revenue and growth targets.
● Pipeline Integrity: Maintain and track a rigorous sales pipeline, ensuring
accurate forecasting and reporting for all assigned accounts.

Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: 12–15+ years of success in account management, business
development, or technology consulting.
● Proven Performance: A demonstrated ability to manage and grow large,
enterprise-level client relationships.
● Sector Knowledge: Experience in the Hi-Tech industry is preferred, with a
strong background in technology-driven or consulting solutions.
● Executive Presence: Excellent communication and presentation skills with
the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
● Complex Navigation: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and intricate
organizational structures.

Operational Requirements
● Mobility: Travel as required for client meetings, engagements, and strategic
transformation workshops.
