ID.me is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to support and scale our growing ecosystem of workforce-related partners — particularly those focused on background screening and pre-employment processes. As the day-to-day relationship lead, you will own partner enablement, collaboration, and success, working closely with the Director of Workforce Solutions and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to our strategic partners and their customers.
This is a hybrid role that combines partner success, sales enablement, technical support coordination, and light GTM execution.

What You’ll Do
  • Own day-to-day partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted resource.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and enablement for strategic integration partners focused on employment and background screening.
  • Join joint sales calls and help prepare demos, talking points, and collateral.
  • Support GTM and marketing activities, including co-branded content, case studies, and campaigns.
  • Help troubleshoot issues by working cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics and ensure partner goals are met.
  • Act as a partner advocate internally, helping shape improvements to our partner experience.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ID.me’s platform and workforce partner use cases to educate and empower stakeholders.

Required Qualifications of the Strategic Partner Manager:
  • 4+ years in partner management, customer success, sales engineering, or other strategic customer-facing role, ideally in HCM or HR/background screening tech.
  • Current residence in (or actively planning relocation to) NYC, Alpharetta or Greater Atlanta Area, GA.
  • 2+ years of experience working with/for HR, HRIS, HCM, or Background Screening provider.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills — calm, credible, and responsive.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities across multiple partners.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Personal network within background screening or HR tech providers.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS implementations or integrations.
  • Experience in workforce tech or compliance-driven industries.
  • Experience with digital identity, digital wallet, or identity verification processes and/or software.
