What You’ll Do
  • Use digital marketing strategies and established systems to connect with people interested in leadership and personal development.
  • Develop professional relationships through thoughtful, one-to-one communication.
  • Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals, explore alignment, and share relevant information.
  • Manage communication and follow-up with interested individuals throughout the decision process.
  • Apply proven systems while independently managing your schedule, priorities, and daily activity.
  • Engage in ongoing leadership and personal development training as part of your own continued growth.

This is an independent, performance-based role rather than a traditional salaried position. Income is based on individual results, with no fixed salary.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, client relationships, consulting, marketing, communications, leadership, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand individual needs, communicate value clearly, and guide thoughtful conversations.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the organization and follow-through to manage responsibilities independently.
  • Strong professional judgment and confidence working with established systems and processes.
  • An interest in continued personal and professional development.
  • Comfortable with an independent, performance-based income structure rather than a traditional fixed salary.
  • U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
  • This role is intended for experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or recent graduates.
