Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Strategic Partnerships & Content Lead (Office of the CEO) to join our remote team. The Strategic Partnerships & Content Lead will serve as a strategic right-hand to the CEO, blending analytical rigor with creative content creation to amplify the CEO’s voice, drive key partnerships, and execute high-priority initiatives. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a startup tech environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner closely with the CEO to drive high-priority strategic initiatives, acting as an extension of their thinking and execution
  • Inform decisions through intelligence efforts, including building reporting, tracking key metrics, and generating insights
  • Conduct deep analysis and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for the CEO
  • Own and drive select cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring speed and accountability
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach, revenue, and ecosystem influence
  • Support conference strategy, external engagements, and relationship development to maximize business impact
  • Capture and translate key moments, insights, and perspectives into high-quality content across LinkedIn and video
  • Develop and execute a consistent content and storytelling strategy that strengthens the CEO’s and the company’s brand
  • Proactively identify opportunities to turn day-to-day activities into compelling narratives, thought leadership, and business development
  • Operate alongside the CEO in meetings, travel, and day-to-day interactions, ensuring priorities are advanced and opportunities are captured

Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-performance, analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, or similar)
  • Strong business intelligence and analytical capabilities, with experience building reports, dashboards, or data-driven insights
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate analysis into clear recommendations
  • Experience owning and driving projects or initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated strength in content creation, storytelling, and building an online presence 
  • Comfortable in front and behind camera and able to quickly translate ideas into engaging, high-quality content
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with external partners and stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Based in New York City, with the ability to be in the office regularly
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology

Salary range $85,000 to $100,000, DOE; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A range of benefits may include equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off, may be provided as part of the compensation package.
