What the job involves:

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Strategic Program Support to join our team. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of program management, develop proficiency in data visualization and dashboard reporting, and gain hands-on experience supporting integrated program operations within a life sciences portfolio.

As a Summer Intern in Strategic Program Support at JLL, you will:

• Program Dashboard Management & Reporting: Maintain and update integrated program dashboards tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple life sciences projects. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends requiring management attention.

• Project Documentation & Knowledge Management: Support the standardization and organization of project documentation, including meeting minutes, decision logs, risk registers, and lessons learned repositories. Assist in developing templates and process guides to improve team efficiency and ensure compliance with client requirements.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Meeting Support: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program review meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional working sessions. Prepare meeting materials, capture action items, track follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of commitments.

• PMO Tools & Data Visualization: Learn PMO tools and develop proficiency in data visualization techniques, including the use of dashboards and metrics for executive reporting and performance tracking.

• Capstone Project Execution: Complete a capstone project focused on either program performance analytics (analyzing program health metrics and developing predictive indicators) or process optimization (evaluating and improving PMO processes such as status reporting, change management, or risk assessment procedures). Present findings and recommendations to PMO leadership.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in business, program management, engineering, life sciences, or related field.

• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and maintain organized documentation systems.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with dashboard or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) preferred.

• Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership.

• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

Expected compensation for this position:

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
