Founding individual contributor partnered with the CEO to build pipeline, shape GTM, and close early enterprise deals. Hunt and close complex, consultative sales with C-suite and operations leaders, drive partner co-selling, tailor solutions for site selection/talent/delivery, and feed field intelligence into product, pricing, and messaging. Operate independently in a founder-led environment and maintain transparent opportunity management.
We're looking for a founding individual contributor who thrives in a zero-to-one environment. Partner directly with the CEO to build pipeline from scratch, shape our go-to-market strategy, and close early enterprise deals while introducing a new approach to GCC, outsourcing, and Global Business Services (GBS). You'll have the autonomy to move fast, direct access to leadership and the board, and warm introductions from trusted partners. Bring in the first major deals, drive structured enterprise selling, and set the gold standard for how we win in-market.
Job Responsibilities- 1. Hunt & Close:
- Build pipeline from scratch and drive deals end-to-end
- Identify target accounts
- Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and network
- Book and run meetings
- Close deals independently
- 2. Sell to Enterprise Buyers:
- Engage with:
- C-Suite Executives
- Heads of Sourcing / Procurement
- Operations / GBS / Shared Services leaders
- 3. Consultative Selling:
- Position solutions around:
- Cost optimization
- Operational efficiency
- Transformation outcomes
- 4. Drive the Flywheel:
- Work closely with the CEO to shape early sales strategy and market approach
- 5. Strategic Selling:
- Guide complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (5–10+), aligning on operational risk, vendor complexity, and global execution needs.
- 6. Solution Positioning:
- Tailor the client's platform to address specific enterprise needs across site selection, talent access, and delivery setup.
- 7. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work with the Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to build demos and proposals grounded in customer reality.
- 8. Shape GTM Feedback Loop
- Feed field intelligence back into pricing strategy, product features, and messaging.
- 9. Partner Co-Selling
- Work alongside strategic partners to initiate and accelerate deal momentum.
- 10. Own the Process
- Keep every opportunity organized and transparent-nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- 5-15 years of sales experience (enterprise or mid-market)
- Currently a quota-carrying individual contributor
- Strong hunter/farmer mindset - proven ability to build/expand opportunities and drive enterprise growth
- Experience owning and closing deals independently
- Comfortable cold outbound and creating opportunities from scratch
- Able to operate in a founder-led, high-ambiguity environment
- Willing to travel 40-60% as needed
- Primary experience in BPO / outsourcing / Global Capability Centre / shared services environments/ Offshore development centre
- Strong understanding of GBS / Shared Services / GCC ecosystem
Preferred
- Experience selling into: CXOs, Heads of Sourcing / Procurement, Operations leaders
- Experience selling across multiple industries (not limited to one vertical)
- Experience selling AI / new technology / SaaS-led solutions
- Secondary (Adjacent) - Complex SaaS + services sales, Enterprise software with consulting-led sales motion, AI / automation / CX platforms
Non-Negotiables
- Must be a current quota-carrying IC
- Must have built/expanded pipelines
- Must have closed deals independently as the primary owner
- Must have recent BPO / outsourcing/GCC sales exposure
- Must have experience in complex, consultative enterprise sales
