The Strategic Technical Marketing Manager leads strategy and execution in one of our fast-growing vertical markets in the industrial space, include healthcare, ADS (aerospace defense space), robotics, industrial automation. You will own a defined market segment, with end-to-end responsibility for system solution strategy, execution, and go-to-market promotion, with a clear objective of driving meaningful revenue growth. As the subject matter expert for your segment, you will enable cross‑functional success by partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Field Application Engineers, and Marketing to align strategy, execution, and customer engagement.

The Strategic Technical Marketing Manager will translate customer roadmaps and application needs into system-level product requirements, shaping solutions across areas such as circuit protection, sensing, power conversion, and power management. You will help prioritize development investments to ensure the strongest market impact.

Working collaboratively with global teams and key OEM and ODM customers worldwide, you will influence designs early in the development cycle, ensuring Littelfuse solutions are designed in early, differentiated effectively, and win in the market.

About the Job:

  • Drive revenue growth and design-win funnel across a fast-growing industrial vertical market, which can be healthcare, ADS (aerospace defense space), robotics, building controls, industrial automation

  • Lead key customer engagement and build deep insight into roadmap trends

  • Translate application needs into application-specific product requirements

  • Influence product roadmap across Littelfuse business units

  • Support sales/FAE effectiveness through training and strategic engagement

  • Track key trends in the segment and report to executive team

  • Deliver technical marketing content and lead competitive positioning

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution globally

  • In charge of tradeshow promotion materials and demoes

About you:

  • BSEE or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of experience with deep knowledge of technical marketing

  • 5+ years in medical devices, industrial electronics, aeronautical electronics or the related semiconductor devices (power experience is preferred but not required, application experience is required)

  • Prior roles as marketing manager, product managers, application engineers, or similar

  • Proactive mindset with a can-do and collaborative attitude

  • Prior customer engagement experience

  • Good understanding of system-level electrical architectures

  • Experience with product definition and customer technical engagement

  • Global collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%)

  • 10+ years' experience in related fields

  • Very strong industry connections across customers and all ecosystem

  • Preferred location is Milpitas CA, may consider other US locations

Salary Range:

$147,500 - $228,560

The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
