About Broccoli AI

Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses.

We work with plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc. contractors, the people who keep homes running, and replace fragmented tools and manual workflows with AI agents that actually do the work.

Our AI assistants answer phones, book jobs, follow up with customers, and drive revenue, fully integrated into systems like ServiceTitan.

We started by going door-to-door, meeting 100+ contractors, and understanding how these businesses actually run. That shaped everything we've built. Today:

  • Hundreds of contractors use Broccoli to run their front office.

  • We've grown from $0 to millions in ARR in under a year.

  • We're trusted by both single-location operators and the largest PE-backed roll-ups.

  • We've raised $25M+ from Khosla Ventures and Y Combinator.

About the role

Home services owners run real, complex businesses across HVAC, roofing, garage doors, lawn care, etc., and almost none of them can see their own operation clearly. Their CRMs bury the data. The views that would tell them what's working, where they're leaking revenue, and which lever to pull next simply don't exist. And what matters differs by vertical: the numbers that run a roofing business aren't the numbers that run a lawn care route.

You'll own that. You'll define and build the core views that let operators actually run their businesses, and you'll be the one who decides what those insights are. You'll sit with our top customers, learn their operation, and deliver the business intelligence no one else can give them.

Broccoli is growing fast, and this is a foundational role. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with Product and Engineering, and your insights will directly drive our business. If you want a seat where your analysis shapes both the customer and the company, this is it.

What you'll do

  • Sit with our customers, understand their business inside and out, how they book, dispatch, sell, and retain, and deliver the business intelligence no one else can give them.

  • Define the core views that operators run their business on, tailored to what matters in each vertical.

  • Deliver the insights, benchmarks, and reporting that move customer performance.

  • Establish the benchmarks that let an operator see where they stand, and what to do about it.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering throughout your role

What we're looking for

  • 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, BI, or product with a track record of turning messy operational data into insights that moved the business.

  • You can sit across from a trades business owner, earn their trust fast, and pull out what's actually going on in their operation.

  • You build for reuse and scale, seeing the patterns across customers, not just the one in front of you.

  • Bias toward building. You'd rather ship a rough answer this week than a perfect one next quarter.

  • Customer obsession. You measure yourself by whether the customer is better off, and you do what it takes to make sure they are.

  • Fluent in SQL and at least one BI tool in production (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase), comfortable turning raw, inconsistent data into something trustworthy.

Bonus

  • You've built business intelligence for trades operators, ideally in PE value creation/portfolio ops, or in-house at a multi-site operating business, and you know which numbers run a P&L.

  • Direct experience with ServiceTitan, HouseCallPro, or other CRM data models.

Broccoli is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practice laws.
