What You'll Do

  • Learn the business from the front lines: Spend your first few months working directly with our Member Success team to develop a deep understanding of our members, operational workflows, and the challenges our teams solve every day. This hands-on experience will become the foundation for identifying opportunities to improve the business.

  • Turn operational problems into scalable solutions: As you build context, you'll take ownership of improving how Member Success operates. You'll identify recurring pain points, analyze data, redesign workflows, document processes, and implement solutions that eliminate manual work and improve the member experience.

  • Build AI-powered ways of working: We're building an AI-native operations organization. You'll help design and implement AI-enabled workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging platforms to automate repetitive work, improve decision-making, strengthen knowledge management, and increase team leverage. Curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning are essential to this role.

  • Drive operational insights: Use data to understand member behavior and operational performance. Build dashboards, identify trends, surface opportunities, and help leadership make better decisions through actionable analysis rather than intuition alone.

  • Partner across the business: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, and Member Success to ensure operational insights become real improvements. You'll help define business requirements, advocate for operational needs, and support the successful rollout of new tools, workflows, and member experiences.

  • Own high-impact initiatives: You'll have the opportunity to tackle some of the company's most important operational challenges. Whether improving a process, launching a new workflow, supporting AI adoption, or helping implement new systems, you'll take projects from idea through execution and measure their impact.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Honey Homes member journey and identify meaningful opportunities for improvement.

  • Help build scalable processes, documentation, and operating procedures that reduce friction and improve consistency.

  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate repetitive work and increase team efficiency.

  • Build reporting and operational insights that help leadership proactively identify issues before they impact members.

  • Successfully partner with Product and Engineering to improve the tools and workflows supporting our Member Success team.

  • Become a trusted problem solver who consistently identifies opportunities and follows through on delivering measurable business impact.

What We're Looking For

We're less concerned with checking every box than finding someone who is exceptionally curious, resourceful, and excited to solve difficult operational problems. The strongest candidates will bring many of the following:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Customer Success Operations, consulting, or another fast-paced operational role.

  • Experience working in startups or other high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to understand problems and recommend practical solutions.

  • Demonstrated curiosity around AI and a track record of using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms to improve workflows or increase productivity.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Strong written communication and documentation abilities.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.

  • A bias toward ownership - you don't wait to be told what needs fixing.

  • A willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and continuously improve how work gets done.

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll work directly with leadership to help shape how Honey Homes scales its Member Success organization. Rather than maintaining existing processes, you'll help design better ones. You'll have the freedom to experiment with AI, build new operational systems, and solve high-impact business problems that don't yet have obvious answers. If you're excited by startups, energized by ambiguity, and passionate about using AI and operational thinking to build better businesses, we'd love to meet you.
