About Strella

Strella is an AI-native Voice of Customer (VoC) platform built for private equity teams and their portfolio companies. We combine primary research (including AI-moderated interviews) with automated analysis to turn customer conversations into clear, decision-ready insights—faster and with less manual effort than traditional surveys, expert calls, or spreadsheet-heavy synthesis.

We’re building the automation layer for market work in PE: a system that makes it easy to source feedback, run research, synthesize findings, and turn insights into action across diligence and value creation. The goal is always-on, defensible customer truth that plugs into the PE workflow and helps teams move from “collect data” to “make the call” with speed and confidence.

What you’ll do
  • Own 2–4 high-impact, ambiguous workstreams at a time (e.g., diligence research ops, customer onboarding, GTM ops, partnerships), from problem framing → execution → measurable outcomes.

  • Be customer-facing: join calls, run working sessions, and translate customer pain into clear product and go-to-market priorities.

  • Influence strategy and the roadmap: synthesize customer + market signals into crisp recommendations on ICP, pricing/packaging, and what we build next.

  • Build scalable systems: partner with engineering to automate workflows and ship tooling that removes repetitive work over time.

  • Turn repeatable wins into a playbook: codify best practices, templates, and “how we do this” docs that make the team faster.

  • Act as a force multiplier for the founders—identify the bottleneck, then fix it.

Who we’re looking for
  • Experience: 3–6 years total (or equivalent), with demonstrated ownership of ambiguous, fast-moving workstreams.

  • Background: consulting, strategy & ops, product, growth, analytics, or customer-facing roles—especially in high-velocity environments (consulting, startups, or scrappy teams). Exposure to PE is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Execution strength: proven ability to drive projects from 0→1 with minimal oversight, strong judgment, and high accountability.

  • Analytical + structured: comfortable with Sheets/Excel, basic data analysis, and turning messy inputs into clear storylines and recommendations.

  • Communication: clear writer and facilitator; able to align stakeholders and move decisions forward without heavy process.

  • Builder mindset: bias toward action, high attention to detail, and a willingness to jump in wherever the work is highest-leverage.

Nice to have
  • Exposure to private equity, diligence, or voice-of-customer / research workflows.

  • Experience working closely with engineers (spec writing, QA, iterating on tooling).

  • Comfort prototyping with AI tools (e.g., “vibe coding” lightweight scripts/workflows).

Why this role
  • Work directly with the founders on company-defining initiatives.

  • Own meaningful projects end-to-end with high autonomy and high accountability.

  • Help build the operating system and playbooks that scale Strella.

  • High growth trajectory: opportunity to lead workstreams and manage a team over time.
