RoleWe’re looking for a strategy & ops lead to own how customers experience Marlo from first touch through long-term adoption. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market, onboarding, and customer success, with full ownership over execution and outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Own customer onboarding end-to-end: Lead customers from kickoff to value realization, ensuring fast, consistent activation across teams and use cases
Operate as the day-to-day customer partner: Support live customers, unblock issues, and proactively drive adoption and retention
Build and tighten systems: Turn messy, real-world workflows into scalable onboarding, support, and GTM processes
Translate customer reality into engineering leverage: Partner closely with the CEO, CTO to turn feedback, edge cases, and usage patterns into improvements that ship
Track customer health and performance: Monitor usage, engagement, and expansion signals to inform retention, renewals, and growth opportunities
3-5 years of customer success, GTM ops, sales ops, business ops, or startup operations
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and customer experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
SQL, Excel, Python familiarity a plus
