  • Someone who leads by example and is comfortable jumping in where needed
Preferred Experience
  • 2 years of spa management is preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a membership-driven environment (wellness, fitness, spa, or hospitality)
  • Experience managing or supporting both sales and service teams
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems, POS software, and studio operations
  • Interest in skincare, facials, or wellness services is a plus
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
  • Additional performance bonuses
  • Commission opportunities tied to memberships, retail, and skincare services
  • Preventative managed healthcare
  • CalSavers Roth IRA
  • Sick Pay
  • Complimentary monthly massage or facial for employees working 20+ hours per week
  • A supportive, team-focused studio with room to grow as the business expands

If you enjoy leading people, keeping operations running smoothly, and helping a wellness studio thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
