Department Overview
Global Governance & Service team
set global rules, standardized and uniformed the KPI for GSP and Suppliers to drive and achieved. Uphold conduct and corporate practices.
Job Description
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders in Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Procurement, and NPI to ensure seamless operational alignment.

  • Process Optimization: Lead the coordination and implementation of materials management initiatives, proactively identifying bottlenecks and developing scalable solutions for improvement.

  • Data Integrity: Oversee the lifecycle of supplier documentation, ensuring the database is meticulously maintained for high-level accuracy and compliance.

  • Dynamic Support: Execute specialized projects and strategic objectives as needed to support evolving company goals.


Basic Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Management

  • Proficiency in Office Suite and data analytics tools.  Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail

  •  Ability to work full-time for a minimum of four to 6 months.  Eagerness to learn about procurement and supply chain process.
