Support supply chain administrative routines: data entry, recordkeeping, document verification, filing, and providing assistance to department employees under supervision.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, under supervision, administrative activities related to Supply Chain routines and processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, controls, recordkeeping, and document verification;
- Organize folders and maintain proper filing of departmental documents;
- Provide support and assistance to employees on matters related to the Supply Chain department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
