This role is responsible for goods receipt, unpacking, and internal parcel delivery, along with inventory storage, light kitting support, and entering/pushing through purchase requisitions for small, low-complexity orders. The role works under supervision and follows established procedures for receiving, storage, and procurement transactions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips/POs, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Unpack, sort, and stage received goods for storage or delivery
- Maintain accurate records of receipts and flag discrepancies to [supervisor/buyer]
- Maintain organized, accurate storage of inventory and materials per established locations and labeling systems
- Deliver parcels and packages to internal recipients/offices in a timely manner
- Follow safety and handling procedures for materials storage and movement
- Support kitting activities for production/build needs on an as-needed basis (light volume)
- Enter and push through purchase requisitions for small, low-complexity orders under the company's defined dollar threshold, in the ERP system, under supervision
- Escalate PO issues above the defined threshold, or any discrepancies, to [supervisor/buyer]

Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, receiving, or logistics support
- 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement support
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and escalate issues appropriately
- Basic computer literacy (data entry, email)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a warehouse/office hybrid environment
Nice to have:
- Prior experience with shipping/receiving, stockroom, or general office logistics
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Forklift or material-handling equipment certification (or willingness to train)

This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment - flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or weekends during critical periods is expected.
This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga, CA office. The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. If that’s your experience – then we’ll be immediately wow-ed.
