Hybrid | San Diego County Preferred

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE

This is the supply chain role where execution meets impact—and every solution you create helps our restaurants deliver an exceptional guest experience.

At Luna Grill, we're not just serving food—we're building something special.

What started as a promise from two parents to serve food they were proud to feed their own family has grown into one of Southern California's favorite Mediterranean fast-casual brands. With 60+ restaurants, continued expansion across multiple states, and a commitment to fresh, craveable Mediterranean cuisine, we're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can help strengthen our operations, support our growth, and ensure our restaurants have what they need to succeed.

Why This Role Matters

As Manager of Supply Chain, you'll be a key connector between Luna Grill's restaurants, distribution partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

You'll help ensure our restaurants have the right products, at the right time, while supporting inventory accuracy, distributor performance, product launches, and operational execution across the system.

Your work will directly impact:

✔ Restaurant Operations & Execution

✔ Inventory Availability & Accuracy

✔ Food Cost Management

✔ Distributor Performance

✔ New Restaurant Openings

✔ Menu Innovation & LTO Launches

✔ Supplier Partnerships

What You'll Do

Manage Supply Chain Operations

  • Own the day-to-day execution of supply chain activities across Luna Grill's restaurant system.
  • Partner with broadline distributors and suppliers to maintain proper inventory levels for core menu items, limited-time offerings, and catering programs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, and potential product gaps to proactively identify solutions before they impact restaurant operations.
  • Support product availability, substitutions, and inventory recovery efforts to maintain uninterrupted restaurant execution.

Own Distributor & Supplier Partnerships

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between Luna Grill operations and distribution partners.
  • Build strong relationships with broadline distributors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service expectations are consistently met.
  • Lead weekly distributor conversations focused on inventory performance, service levels, product concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support contract tracking, supplier communications, pricing updates, rebates, and renewal processes.

Support New Restaurant Openings & Menu Growth

  • Coordinate supply chain readiness for new restaurant openings, including distributor setup, ordering processes, initial food orders, and product availability.
  • Partner with Culinary, Operations, Training, and Marketing teams to support new menu launches, LTOs, and system-wide product changes.
  • Manage timelines and communication to ensure successful product implementation across the Luna Grill system.

Drive Process Improvement & Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate order guides, product information, inventory data, and supply chain documentation.
  • Support weekly pricing audits and identify opportunities to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance on rebate tracking, accruals, and supply chain reporting.
  • Provide inventory insights and support during quality or recall events to help teams make informed decisions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for a supply chain professional who combines restaurant expertise, operational ownership, and strong problem-solving skills.

You likely bring:

  • 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience, including experience supporting multi-unit restaurant operations.
  • Manager-level experience overseeing procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships within a restaurant, foodservice, or hospitality environment.
  • 3+ years managing broadline distribution partnerships across multiple distribution centers.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant inventory management, food cost processes, procurement systems, and back-office technology platforms.
  • Experience supporting new restaurant openings, menu launches, and operational rollouts.
  • Experience with R365 or similar restaurant technology platforms is a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent judgment with the ability to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

  • Fast Casual or QSR restaurant brands
  • R365 or similar restaurant technology platforms
  • Multi-state restaurant operations
  • Food cost systems and inventory management tools
  • Supplier negotiations and cost optimization initiatives
